Arewa Music Industry has been impacting larger audience of different age and gender from different states in the northern region. Earlier in 2015, hausa hip hop began to be generally and massively accepted after fast growing heavyweight acts like DJ AB, ClassiQ, Morell, Kheengz & B. O. C Madaki becomes apparent in the eyes of there followers and devotees. Dj AB has been into music around 2013 but at that time Hausa hip hop wasn’t introduced in Northern Nigeria. Fastest rising Artiste, Morell also played a primary roll in putting Arewa on the map. The very first song that promoted Morell was “Ganga Da Garaya”, a song since from the instrumental, bars, lyrics/punchlines showcase the hausa culture. ClassiQ is one of the most outstanding Rapper alive who most people know him as Arewa Mafia. ClassiQ also succeeded in seeing Arewa music thriving today as he contributed in seeing Arewa never left behind when it comes to music. Kheengz been in the game since the year 2013 as research shows and he has been putting and doubling more effort to display his talent and also to witness when the industry will be heard. Kheengz featured Artistes like Ice prince, Falz & M. I Abaga. B. O. C Madaki started to be part of the industry in 2015 where he introduced hausa hip hop in his own rap style. B. O. C has been known as one of the most talented and genius rappers who rap in both hausa and purely English. His songs have been making huge impact on the people of North as a result of his pattern for being a verified Hausa hip hop Artiste. Upon till now Arewa music industry isn’t that well equipped with all it’s needed as what some of the people are thinking. God bless our Artistes for being courageous and also mentors to some people.
